Venue : Concourse nearer to lake

Timing: 1500 h - 1815 h

Please be reminded to have your lunch before coming for activity. If you will be absent or late for whatever reasons please SMS your respective Staff Sergeants or me. If you have any medical conditions please inform your ICs and also bring along your medication.

Bags are to be placed neatly at the side of the concourse,nearer to the lake in rows.

For those having your Taekwando Grading this coming Sunday,please make use of tomorrow's training to clarify any doubts that you have.Best of luck to all.
