For those that end class at 2.20, time will be given to you to eat after you fall in.

Attire: Part A= PT Kit(standardize colour)
          Part B & C= Taekwondo Gi

For Part B & C, remember to bring your PT Kit and standardize among your part what colour.

For those that have not pay the $17 for POP, please bring tomorrow.

Those who have medical conditions like asthma, please bring along your medications.
