Getting selected for phase 1 DOES NOT mean that you are better than your fellow platoon mates.It just that you MIGHT be slightly more prepared for the course.So please do not disappoint us for giving you this opportunity.Strive hard in the course to do us proud!The target is 6 2SG and at least a total of 3 awards won ( there are 12 awards in the course .(Best in IFC , GSK ,Trainfire,Platoon/Company /Course best trainee).2SG will be awarded to cadets with top 10 % in all components in the course.So go for it .Its not that hard to achieve it after all!
