There will activity tmr, you are to report at 230 in your no.4 uniform at concourse nearest to lake. Bring your headgears and other required accessories.

Those who pon CCA will receive a times 5 'bonus' to the punishment that will be decided by ICs. For each person who pon in the part, the part will have to do 5 pumping.
