Instructions for phase 2 and 3 of spec course.
Dates for east district Phase 2/3 are 7-9 June and 14-16 June respectively.
There will be a pre-course briefing and prepatory course at HQ NCC on 24 May,Tuesday from 1300-1700.Attendance is COMPULSORY.Failure to attend will disqualify you from spec course.Arrangements will be made for you to leave class early if required.
